Refund Policy

At ZEAL Apartments, we have a “No Hassle” refund policy for “Show My ZEAL” deposits. A refund may be requested at any time. An automatic attempt will be made to refund the card used for the deposit, which takes 5-10 business days to process. If needed, contact us at 321-960-2630, and a refund check may be mailed out. Processing time is approximately 2 weeks.

To prevent abuse of the system, each account will be barred from making another “Show My ZEAL” deposit for 1 month after a refund request. Information may be updated on the deposit instead of canceling and making a new deposit. If there was a mistake made, and you would like to make another deposit within 30 days to preserve your spot on the list, please contact us at 321-960-2630.
